- Design-related degree or relevant experience in designing products and services

- Familiarity with front-end development integration and enablement
- Experience working in lean and agile environments
- Demonstrable ability to communicate design concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with tools such as Figma, InVision, and Miro
- Ability to translate research findings into compelling presentations
