      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Report to a Research Manager and conduct generative and evaluative research to improve products and platforms
      - Collaborate with other research specialists to enhance research insights
      - Communicate research findings in creative ways to help teams understand customer needs
      - Manage and analyze data effectively to share research insights
      - Participate in a 12-week full-time internship program during Summer 2025

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Background in qualitative (and some quantitative) UX research methods
      - Proficiency in data management and data analysis
      - Ability to commit to a full-time (40 hrs/week) internship for 12 weeks
      - Currently enrolled full-time in a master's program, graduating by June 2026
      - No U.S. work visa sponsorship offered for F-1/OPT, J-1/TN, or H-1B student graduates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with engaging techniques for sharing research insights
      - Familiarity with various UX research methods and their applications
