What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support UX Research in identifying opportunities for research, choosing appropriate methods, conducting research, and analyzing and presenting results
- Assist in UX Research operations, including scheduling, participant tracking, and note-taking
- Contribute to research analysis through multi-method synthesis, video editing, survey analysis, and insight sharing
- Attend product, design, and all-staff meetings as available
- Participate in Candid training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing a graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, Psychology, Cognitive Human Factors, or related field
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and practices
- Highly organized with strong written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to working a pre-agreed schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Slack, and Zoom
