What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and recruit diverse samples of participants for user research studies
- Oversee participant incentives, manage consent forms, and maintain participation records
- Coordinate logistics for user research activities, including scheduling sessions and providing necessary resources
- Organize and maintain research data, ensuring seamless access for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for research processes to enhance consistency and quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in research operations, project management, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Ability to work independently while seeking help when necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with analytics tools like Looker or research software like Qualtrics or UserTesting
- Familiarity with research recruitment best practices
- Knowledge of user research tools (e.g., usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop)
- Conversational Spanish proficiency
- Ability to work hybrid in the NYC office
