What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in UX Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Design, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in research, design, or UX field, ideally in a corporate or product-focused environment
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
- Experience with various UX research tools and software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years' experience in research, design, or UX field, preferably in a corporate or product-focused environment
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
- Experience with advanced research methodologies such as ethnographic research and A/B testing
- Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Certification in UX research or related fields (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst)
