      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute all phases of client-driven user research, including writing research plans and developing participant profiles
      - Conduct various research methodologies such as interviews, usability tests, and benchmark studies
      - Moderate study sessions and analyze qualitative data to derive insights
      - Write detailed reports and present findings to clients effectively
      - Manage multiple projects/tasks while maintaining an organized schedule

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of User Research
      - Proficiency in a range of research methodologies, with a preference for benchmark research experience
      - Strong skills in generating research plans and defining user experience metrics
      - BA, MA/MS in HCI, psychology, human factors, or a related field
      - Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Coursework in information technology, software development, computer science, or engineering
      - Experience in complex technical domains or agency settings
