Vanguard’s Retail division is looking for a talented conversation designer to join the user experience team for our telephone IVR systems. We need a conversation designer who can create world class conversation designs for our IVR experience. Knowledge of Conversation Designing tools and process as well as technology like AWS Lex is desired.

salary: $50 - $60 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and creating conversation flows in accordance with design best practices for the key personas and channels
• Writing scripts for natural conversations.
• Design and implement NLU architecture and models: i.e. intent architecture, entities, additional NLU e.g. follow-up intents, evaluates NLU performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Vanguard’s customer journeys to refine our telephone IVR experience.
