We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing UX team within the clients Research & Development division. This role will focus on designing intuitive, enterprise-level applications with multiple complex screens and will also involve mobile application design. The ideal candidate has a firm grasp of practical UI skills (especially with Figma) and a strong foundation in user-centered design processes such as UX research, and wireframing. If you excel at turning abstract requirements into user-friendly interfaces we’d love to hear from you!

      Key Responsibilities
      • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, define requirements, ideate solutions, and rapidly prototype.
      • High-Fidelity Prototyping & UI Development: Create and refine UI designs in Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect attention to detail for enterprise-scale and mobile applications.
      • Wireframing & Mockups: Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
      • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, software engineers, and other UX designers to ensure a seamless handoff of design specifications and uphold design quality throughout implementation.
      • UX Research & Testing: Plan and execute user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys), analyze findings, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business requirements into engaging user journeys; present design rationale and gather feedback from leadership and diverse client groups.
      • Autonomy & Initiative: Take ownership of design tasks, manage workload independently, and actively contribute fresh ideas that elevate the user experience.

      Required Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
      • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
      • Experience with UX Research (usability testing, user interviews, surveys) and design thinking principles.
      • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills to work effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and software engineers.
      • Attention to Detail in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with multiple, complex screens and workflows.
