My name is Alexander Angerbjörn and I am managing the ACE Core Front-End Development team which is a part of the Global ACE Product Unit. We are looking for a UX Designer who wants to strengthen our team and contribute with new and enhanced functionality to maintain our market-leading position in the industry.

As a UX designer you will:

…be part of a tight design team working with the Telia ACE suite. Initially, your focus will be the ACE Interact client. ACE Interact is our main web client where our end users spend their working day interacting with their customers through phone calls, chat, email and more. You and the design team will be leading the Interact’s design process by creating sketches, wireframes, prototypes and more. Together with developers, QA’s and other designers you will ensure that UX, UI and technology interact seamlessly to create an outstanding customer experience. You will also work with the Telia ACE design system based on Storybook which ensures that all products in the ACE product suite are designed in the same manner.

In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled and motivated team, taking ownership of the UX process and making key design decisions that directly impact end users. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging design and development, ensuring that all elements work together harmoniously. Together with the design team, you will also maintain and evolve the Telia ACE design system. Who we’re looking for:

You are a driven, positive, and energetic individual with a solution-oriented mindset. As a team player, you share ideas and knowledge while coaching colleagues to collaboratively deliver high-quality products. Your analytical and structured approach allows you to set clear goals in complex environments, and your open-minded, flexible, and forward-thinking nature helps you adapt to changing circumstances. With at least 2–4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI/product designer, you possess strong knowledge of Figma and Jira. Additionally, you have experience with WCAG, and it's a big plus if you have worked with complex enterprise software. Another plus is experience in Storybook, Adobe Creative Suite and web development, particularly Vue.js. It’s also a plus if you have experience in or interest of UX research and AI and automation tools.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3522 – 5284 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
