What is Required (Qualifications):

- Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions, such as high transaction volumes
- Must have data entry skills, with 10-key experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including some weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in banking, check cashing, or other financial sectors is a significant plus
- Knowledge of MICR information and check types preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
