What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute data analysis of trends and strategy opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value-based care portfolio
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health service utilization, cost of care, and quality measure performance
- Develop a strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and collaborate with subject matter experts
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for reducing unnecessary costs and improving quality performance
- Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders regarding data, strategy, and operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, with proficiency in formulas and pivot tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce high-quality work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid health plan payer contracts
- Experience using Tableau or other data management software
- Familiarity with Stars/HEDIS quality measures
