Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Value Evidence and HEOR manager will include:
• Develops and enhances the product value proposition by integrating evidence gaps, HEOR analysis and HTA trends.
• Coordinates and develops HTA and Health economic models for the portfolio products.
• Partners with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver relevant scientific evidence information, economic models, and published data to facilitate access and reimbursement decisions.
• Gathers relevant health system insights on HTA trends and value evidence needs to anticipate market dynamics changes.
• Give support to the Policy and Access teams in the development and negotiation of managed entry agreements and innovative contracts with payers.
• Develop/Adapt Value Proposition for the priority products (scientific & HE data + Key Messages), working early with the new products to ensure inclusion in public and private payers reimbursement guidelines.
• Prepares and coordinates with cross-functional areas the information requested by health systems and identifies the future data gaps needs.
• Promote the value of the innovation in the whole Health Care System
• Ensures that all final deliverables are of high scientific quality and are presented in a way that supports the local policy and market access strategy.
• Coordinate the consolidation of information within the Company and ensure timely submissions for the portfolio products.
• Project management of initiatives proposed by the area to get cross functional alignment of the product submission strategy.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years in either a HEOR/ HTA / Access position in the pharmaceutical industry or somewhere within the Health Care System.
Education: College degree in Health Science, Economy, Health Economy, Marketing, Business Administration, Epidemiology, or other related field. A Masters degree will be a plus.Current Employees apply HERE
