What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D construction drawing sets for various teams
- Validate and prepare supporting documents for field installation and prefabrication teams
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure cost-effective detailing and installation practices
- Maintain 3D models and assist with prefabrication and installation drawings
- Attend coordination meetings to align project goals and requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- A.S. degree in Computer Aided Drafting or equivalent
- 3+ years of industry working experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
- Experience modeling electrical systems and working in data centers is highly desired
