What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, monitor, track, and report VDC project progress and delivery to meet customer needs
- Oversee financials of VDC projects, ensuring budget adherence
- Address model quality and scheduling issues effectively
- Act as the primary liaison between the employer and customer representatives
- Create and maintain VDC project dashboards to track staffing, hours, and financials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, and Power BI)
- Proven ability to define projects, develop scopes of work, and manage tasks to completion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RCDD certification preferred
- Experience interfacing with customers as a liaison
- Familiarity with project management systems and tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents
- Experience managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
