What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, prepare, validate, and implement 3D data for customer/project needs
- Collaborate with onsite project/customer engineers, architects, or owners on project adjustments
- Analyze specifications to implement customer design initiatives in partnership with construction teams
- Perform audits and analysis for errors and gaps within 3D data
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of trade experience in Plumbing, General Contracting, or a related field, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of construction practices for Mechanical and Plumbing/Piping Systems
- Understanding of building codes for Mechanical and Plumbing/Piping Systems
- Ability to analyze building and blueprint specifications for pre-construction decisions
- Familiarity with computer-aided design software such as Revit, Glue, and Navisworks Manage is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Microsoft Office
- Additional certifications related to plumbing or mechanical construction
- Previous experience in virtual design and construction environments
