What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze design for architectural, structural, and MEP conversions to create workable models
- Produce accurate 3D models for plan checking and workflow management
- Provide 4D simulations for construction sequencing and track critical path evolutions
- Facilitate scheduling coordination meetings and serve as the primary contact for project 3D content
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive database within the as-built model for field management staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience using scheduling software and applying construction documents
- Technical knowledge of commercial building design and documentation
- Proficiency in advanced software including 2D and 3D AutoCAD

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Revit MEP, Revit Structure, Autodesk Revit Architecture, and Navisworks Manage 2024
- Familiarity with collaborative and graphic communication skills
- Experience working independently and in a team environment
