What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze design for architectural, structural, and MEP conversions to create workable models
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models for project planning and quality assurance
- Provide 4D simulations for construction sequencing and manage scheduling coordination meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3D content coordination within the project team
- Aggregate and prepare comprehensive as-built information for project close-out

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of related technical experience or equivalent education
- Proficiency in scheduling software and the ability to interpret construction documents
- Technical knowledge of commercial building design and documentation
- Experience with advanced software, including 2D and 3D AutoCAD

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Revit MEP, Revit Structure, Autodesk Revit Architecture, and Navisworks Manage 2024
- Familiarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of collaborative and graphic communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
