- Work with software systems including AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction operations
- Proficiency with AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, and Excel
- Must be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
- Willingness to support MST or PST time zones
- Must reside in specified remote locations including Phoenix, AZ, Riverside, CA, and others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with transportation logistics
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of additional software systems relevant to the role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
