What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases
- Manage both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
- Secure necessary documentation to expedite the return of repurchase documents
- Track case handling through documentation systems and meet required metrics
- Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving customer interaction
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Availability to work shifts Monday to Friday, with some rotational shifts required
