What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain vendor architecture documentation
- Research and update repository of global regulatory requirements for vendor management
- Assist in training GTS teams on the governance model
- Ensure strategic vendors meet SLAs and conduct vendor risk assessments
- Communicate vendor performance to GTS leadership
- Prepare for quarterly business review meetings with strategic vendors
- Support procurement and technology teams with data needs for contract lifecycle
- Address and resolve critical issues with strategic vendors
- Provide support to GTS and financial teams with purchase requests and purchase order information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Good communication and program management skills
- Expert knowledge of technology categories and market leaders
- Significant experience in vendor contract management and negotiations
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and vendor management software tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field
