What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with managers throughout the contingent labor acquisition process, including needs assessment, requisition creation, candidate review, and onboarding
- Manage primary customer support activities, ensuring quality review of hiring and timekeeping activities
- Oversee performance of staffing vendors and track issue resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify and vet potential suppliers, maintaining a pipeline of top talent
- Ensure compliance with necessary paperwork and procedures for contractor assignments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus three (3) years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of staffing and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office/Tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
