What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage pre-contracting and post-contracting activities related to merchant processing and point-of-sale
- Initiate third-party risk assessments and track corrective action plans for partners
- Review Business Partner contracts for accuracy and manage the Risk Assessment process
- Perform detailed data entry into various Risk Management databases and project reporting tools
- Collaborate with inter-department teams to provide timely project status updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of Customer Service experience
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Industry experience with third-party risk management
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing projects and adhering to strict timelines
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on complex projects
- Associates degree preferred
