What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from the Amazon Partner Team
- Quickly coordinate with internal retail teams to gather and provide accurate responses
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries and responses to improve efficiency
- Identify trends in questions and escalate recurring issues to management
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including merchandising, logistics, and customer experience, to streamline communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in customer service, with an emphasis on resolving complex escalated cases
- 2+ years of experience in a servicing role or customer-focused function in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 40 hours, including weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Specialty/luxury retail experience
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Salesforce software
