      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain accurate vendor data collection and vendor table maintenance
      - Scan documents into an electronic filing system
      - Run reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
      - Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers
      - Learn accounting concepts and assist with budget reconciliation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong typing and data entry skills
      - Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with databases and data entry
      - Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities
      - Knowledge of accounting concepts and business processes
      - Previous office experience
      - Ability to learn technology applications quickly
