What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review veteran benefit enrollment information with the support of the school certifying official
- Provide benefit advising to veteran students regarding their declared majors and related questions
- Respond to inquiries from veteran students and eligible dependents via various communication channels
- Manage the veteran military services inbox with a focus on accuracy
- Assist in ordering supplies for the military services department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a case management work setting
- Knowledge of processing veterans' benefits and related programs
- Strong customer service skills with effective oral and written communication abilities
- Experience working in a college setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building relationships with community and Department of Social Services providers
- Familiarity with veterans programs and procedures in higher education, particularly in a community college context
- Experience in direct service delivery from a case management perspective
