What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy focused on Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students
- Coordinate interviews and provide communication summaries to partner hospitals and management teams
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinary university partners and faculty
- Manage open DVM student externship position requisitions across hiring platforms
- Plan and execute veterinary student program events, including career fairs and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in campus recruitment or veterinary recruitment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Highly organized with effective time management abilities
- Must live within 50 miles of a major airport and possess a valid passport
