What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: source, engage, screen, interview, and hire top veterinarian talent
- Partner with hospital and operations leadership to define hiring needs and clarify job expectations
- Develop and manage job ads that reflect each hospital's personality and showcase Vetcor's unique offerings
- Organize candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely communication
- Represent Vetcor at career fairs, virtual events, and veterinary school programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Based in Florida with a strong understanding of the local market or a desire to learn it
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare (veterinary, dental, or human medicine)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in veterinary recruiting or healthcare recruiting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Established relationships within the veterinary community
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
