What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address and respond to product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events in compliance with US regulations
- Document all communications in the Validated Database in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements
- Provide information and support regarding product use, adverse events, and product defects
- Support external and internal sales representatives by providing technical support and attending veterinary conferences
- Research topics and prepare reports as requested by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a veterinary clinic
- Strong customer service background with a commitment to excellence in a regulatory compliance environment
- Understanding of basic veterinary practice issues and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the animal health or related industry and/or regulatory experience
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage conflict and balance business needs with user-friendliness
