What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address and respond to product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events in compliance with US regulations
- Maintain documentation of communications within the Validated Database (PVWorks) per compliance and SOP requirements
- Provide technical support and information on proper product use to clients and internal sales representatives
- Conduct research on pertinent topics and prepare reports for management, participating in call analysis
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and company policies while promoting excellent customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a veterinary clinic
- Strong customer service background with a commitment to regulatory compliance
- Understanding of basic veterinary practice issues and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organization and time management skills

- Experience in the animal health industry or related regulatory experience
