- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners to stay up to date on current and future hiring needs.
- Full Cycle Recruiting
- Perform online searches for qualified candidates.
- Develop relationships with local veterinary technician schools to create a constant pipeline of talent for your region.
- Review and evaluate applicant qualifications/eligibility.
- Contact candidates and complete the initial phone screening of applicants.
- Help coordinate on-site interviews with hiring managers.
- Deploy reference and background checks on applicants.
- Hire applicants, negotiate offers, and create offer letters.
- Advise managers and associates on recruiting policies, processes and best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in Workday ATS strongly preferred.

BluePearl is seeking an enthusiastic , driven, and innovative Regional Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) to join our East Division.
Experience with Veterinary Medicine preferred, and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting. Candidates should reside in Eastern Standard Time zone.
You are expected to creatively source candidates to fill existing and future hourly and salary level hospital positions and promote career opportunities within BluePearl. Your everyday tasks will include screening, phone interviewing, and recommending prospective candidates to our hiring managers at each hospital. Maintaining a qualified candidate pool is a must.
