- Maintain and update marketing tasks in project management tools
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in live event marketing or project coordination
- Knowledge of website-building tools such as Framer and WordPress
- Familiarity with project management tools like Google Suite, Airtable, and Asana
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage project timelines and communicate effectively with teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large-scale events or in travel marketing
- Familiarity with Figma and basic HTML coding
- Ability to handle occasional physical tasks and on-site event support
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
