What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a range of administrative and marketing support for the marketing team
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns for various events
- Build and manage event microsites using Framer under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager
- Compile insights and generate reports from Google Analytics to inform marketing strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in live event marketing or project coordination
- Knowledge of website building tools such as Framer and WordPress
- Familiarity with project management tools including Google Suite, Airtable, and Asana
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage project timelines and communicate effectively with teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large-scale events or travel marketing
- Knowledge of Figma and basic HTML coding
- Ability to handle occasional physical tasks and provide on-site event support
- Collaborative team player with adaptability to fast-paced environments
