What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to the Vibee marketing team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns for various events
- Build and manage event microsites utilizing Framer under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager
- Maintain and update marketing tasks in Asana and compile reports from Google Analytics
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in live event marketing or project coordination, with a preference for large-scale events
- Familiarity with website building tools such as Framer and WordPress; knowledge of Figma and basic HTML coding is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools including Google Suite, Airtable, Freshdesk, and Asana
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage project timelines effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in travel marketing is an asset
- Ability to handle occasional physical tasks and provide on-site event support
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
