      Position Summary

      Lytx is looking for a Vice President of Brand Marketing, Creative and Comms to establish the brand direction, develop the creative strategy and all assets, and build an integrated communication strategy that will position Lytx for rapid growth over the next 25 years.

      You are a master of positioning and brand with a keen creative eye. You are a paid media, content, and owned channel expert, able to create, program, and optimize content across the entire purchase funnel. You are a proven team leader and cross-functional collaborator who can inspire others and take calculated risks.

      This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer and is a key stakeholder advocating for the positive business effects of developing and maintaining a healthy brand.

      Key responsibilities:

      ● Develop, communicate and maintain a unified brand story (positioning and messaging architecture) and apply the positioning, creative expression, and voice across all channels

      ● Create content strategies, and identify agreed metrics based on business objectives, category focus and audience segments across all channels including social, editorial, web, events, trade shows and sales materials.

      ● Provide investment/return analysis to substantiate ROI on working media spends.

      ● Design, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across all channels

      ● Partner closely with market insights and analytics teams to develop deep knowledge of the customer and the stories that will connect with them, and a measurement approach to validate brand marketing and comms effectiveness

      ● Lead the internal creative studio and develop it into a best-in-class content engine

      ● Evaluate, select, and manage external creative, content and PR agencies to supplement the internal creative team

      ● Devise and oversee public relations strategy and execution

      ● Consult and partner with sales and product leaders to ensure an integrated and strategically-aligned external marketing approach, including appropriate messaging, media communication methods and content to best reach targeted audiences

      ● Serve as expert counsel to leadership team on reputation management, crisis communications and management, media relations, and execute spokesperson and crisis communications trainings to leadership team

      ● Deliver weekly status on behalf of business and marketing priorities in collaboration with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing teams.

      ● Increase visibility of Lytx’s brand, creative, and comms strategies across key stakeholder audiences including the CEO Staff and Board

      ● Manage department budget to ensure appropriate resource allocation in order to meet and achieve Lytx’s brand and communications goals

      Qualifications:

      ● Minimum 15 years marketing experience with experience working with global, tech, and high-growth brands; 10+ years as a people manager and team leader

      ● BS degree in business, marketing, or related field

      ● Excellent strategic vision, creative, and team leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams

      ● Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills and proven cross-functional collaborator

      ● Highly analytical and data-driven

      ● Proven track record leading creative teams and external creative agencies

      ● Experience with B2B software and technology a plus

      Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

      $230,000.00 - $290,000.00
