      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a sales team in achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas
      - Create and drive new and strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals
      - Monitor account planning and execute maximum revenue potential
      - Provide strategic executive leadership for the sales team, including sales forecasting and commission planning
      - Recruit and retain high performers, develop talent, and recognize and reward performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as part of the executive team of a company during a period of rapid growth
      - 10+ years of Sales Management experience in a B2B sales environment
      - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
      - Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
      - Relevant tertiary qualifications
