      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the Consultant & Broker Relations Go To Market (GTM) strategy for market growth
      - Build and maintain strategic relationships with national consultancies and local brokers
      - Lead a team of Regional CBR Directors focused on client retention, new bookings, and market presence
      - Design and implement programs that drive growth and enhance engagement with the broker and client community
      - Provide strategic consultation to position the employer’s capabilities effectively within the market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10-20+ years of experience within Digital Health, TPA, and/or employee benefit consulting
      - 10+ years of experience working with brokers and consultants, with a proven track record in relationship building and revenue growth
      - 5+ years of experience in leadership and team development
      - In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, and broker dynamics
      - Familiarity with CRM and other consultant/broker resource tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrable success in consultative sales across complex healthcare services and benefits
      - Active and productive relationships within the brokerage community
      - Capacity to develop and implement cross-functional growth programs
      - Strong analytical skills to solicit and share feedback for strategic adjustments
      - Experience navigating client relationship challenges in collaboration with sales and client success teams
