      Reports to: Senior Vice President, General Manager – the Americas

      The Role

      The Vice President, General Manager -HOKA US is an integral member of the Deckers commercial leadership team and is responsible for the strategic development and successful commercial execution of the HOKA brand in the US marketplace across all consumer touchpoints. A strong candidate for this position will have deep experience in establishing and driving commercial strategies in wholesale and DTC environments and a proven track record of leadership and results within a high-growth brand. A strong candidate will thrive in a matrix environment, possess expert influencing skills across multiple stakeholders, and a demonstrated ability to develop and manage a large, diverse, and high-performing team.

      Your Impact

      • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for HOKA within the US.
      • Determine, lead, and coordinate the growth strategies for the brand in the marketplace.
      • Lead all strategic and commercial activities through wholesale accounts, retail doors, and eCommerce sites, ensuring effective alignment across channels, with P&L responsibility for the marketplace.
      • Ensure brand health and drive long-term, profitable growth through active marketplace management across all channels.

      We’d love to hear from people with

      • At least 12+ years of experience in a commercial/retail leadership; performance footwear is preferred.
      • Extensive knowledge of the US marketplace across all channels.
      • Consumer-focused, passionate about our industry, and relentless in driving results.
      • Experience in managing significant sales volume through multiple channels; has ideally served in a GM role.
      • 7+ years of experience in leading, growing, and developing a team; ideally has a track record of operating in a remote or hybrid environment.
      • Ability to influence and inspire your team, peers, partners, and executive leadership.
      • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
      • Possesses gravitas and influencing skills required to navigate through a global and evolving matrix organization.
      • Commercially astute, encouraged and motivated by results.

      $300,000 - $320,000

      The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
