- Create and build relationships with key entertainment marketers and media agencies
- Pitch and win new clients; grow existing revenue from current clients
- Partner with editorial team on sponsorable features
- Represent the employer at advertising industry events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in a leading ad sales organization, ideally in digital publishing or media
- Network of leading entertainment category marketers and agencies
- Expertise in selling email newsletter products
- Ability to manage short & long term revenue targets
- Proven senior level experience in sales

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to compellingly pitch deals, structure and negotiate, and close partnerships
- Travel to client meetings as needed
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, scrappy, nose for deals & dollars
