- Oversight of SAMSHA grant management to include day to day management of grant, implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan and compliance with programmatic, financial, and administrative aspects of award.
- Establish programmatic goals and ensure operational and financial compliance with local, state, and other rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Senior Vice President and Finance Department to create operational and financial strategic plans to ensure that agency fiscal goals are being met. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with funders, consultants, and internal stakeholders,
- Attends external and internal committees and conferences as required. Participates as a member of senior management team and assists in the development and implementation of the agency’s Strategic Plan.
- Master's Degree in a Human Services related field, required. Independent Clinical Licensure, preferred.
- Minimum of five years leadership experience within the managed healthcare field required.
- Previous experience with project management and federal grant management, required.
- Understanding of Behavioral Health Services and CCBHC/CBHC service deliverables, required.
- Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving history required.

Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Integrated Behavioral Health Services, the Vice President provides clinical, administrative, and financial oversight to the programs within this division which include our Community Support Programs, Outpatient Services and The Central Community Health Partnership, all located throughout Worcester County.
The Vice President of Integrated Behavioral Health Services is a key leader with a proven track record of successfully facilitating progressive organizational change and development, within a growing organization. They have experience building integrated systems of care across a continuum of services as well as a profound understanding of federal grant management, CCBHC and/or CBHC services and best practices for care and integration. The Vice President of Integrated Behavioral Health Services exhibits compassion and commitment to the mission of Open Sky Community Services while holding superior management skills, coaching experience, and exceptional clinical skills.
