What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive Leisure Sales initiatives and implement programs to enhance growth for hotels and resorts
- Maintain strong partnerships and relationships with key accounts on behalf of the employer
- Identify additional growth opportunities and develop strategic account/action plans
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Distribution, and Hotel Sales teams to achieve objectives
- Represent the employer at industry events, tradeshows, roadshows, and sales calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ten or more years of work experience in Sales, with at least five years in the Hotel Leisure market
- Experience in a multi-property Sales role with Independent full-service Hotels and Resorts
- Anticipated travel of 20-40%
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale initiatives in the lodging/hospitality industry
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and well-organized with a proactive, relationship-oriented approach

- Experience in remote and seasonal markets
- Background in sales and marketing as part of an above-property area or regional team
- Demonstrated pattern of exceptional performance in previous roles
