What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet aggressive sales growth goals and manage pipeline and forecasting
- Consultative solution-selling to drive positive business outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers in client organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers
- Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles
- Experience selling BPO solutions and knowledge of the outsourcing marketplace
- Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision-makers
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
