What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet aggressive sales growth goals while managing a reliable pipeline and forecasting responsibilities
- Engage in consultative solution-selling to address complex client issues and drive positive business outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives to secure new business and maximize service value
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business drivers and offering tailored solutions
- Support all stages of the sales process and ensure smooth transitions from winning clients to implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least seven (7) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies
- Experience selling BPO solutions and familiarity with the outsourcing marketplace
- Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships and influence purchasing decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time
