      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a scalable commercial engine across all retail and marketplace sales channels
      - Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners and brokers to drive growth
      - Lead the channel strategy for Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring performance targets are met
      - Collaborate with the marketing team for alignment on promotional planning and merchandising
      - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet sales and margin targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 15+ years' experience in sales management
      - Proven experience in a senior sales role within the home and/or personal care or consumer goods industry
      - Strong network and relationships with retail buyers and brokers
      - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven history managing marketplace and omni-channel retailer relationships
      - Familiarity with private equity & growth capital-backed companies
      - Experience launching digitally native brands in brick & mortar retail channels
      - Growth-oriented mindset with a desire for feedback and continuous improvement
      - Hands-on approach with strong collaboration skills
