- Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Develop a win formula to effectively sell solutions that drive clear business outcomes and ROI
- Build amazing relationships with the Microsoft field sales community and our partners that produce new business and drive mutual success. Directly and through the team.
- Build amazing relationships with C-level and senior leadership in prospective and current client organizations to understand their businesses, produce strategic roadmaps, support envisioning workshops, identify new opportunities, and win new business. Directly and through the team.
- Hands-on, direct sales from opportunity qualification through to closing deals - not only managing other salespeople to do so (startup, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality early on)
- Manage and develop a high-performing team in all roles from BDR to Alliance Manager to Account Executive
- 5+ years' sales experience in a Microsoft services partner organization
- 2+ years' experience in related sales management
- Experience selling professional services and managed services, CSP a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Elite presentation skills with a proven ability to command a room, establish trust and authority, and convince - in an extremely genuine and authentic way
- A history of amazing relationships with Microsoft field sellers, past clients, and prior managers, peers, and direct reports

Inviso has been consulting in the Microsoft ecosystem for 20 years and became a Microsoft Managed Partner (Services) in 2024. We are looking for a sales veteran from the Microsoft partner ecosystem to come aboard and turn up the dial on our momentum in a BIG way!

The Role
The VP of Sales will report to the CEO, partnering to achieve our highest priorities. The role's primary mandate is to build a world-class sales organization and accelerate growth of the business. This role will take responsibility for Sales, Microsoft Partner Alliance, and all related demand gen activities. The VP of Sales will be responsible for the long-term strategy as well as day-to-day execution of generating business, both in existing and new accounts. This role will combine hunting for new clients directly, partnering closely with Microsoft field sellers to develop mutual pipeline, and generating new business within existing accounts.The initial priority is Microsoft US SMC, but Inviso has a presence and desire to expand in additional markets and segments.
This role is remote, requires flexibility to work Pacific to Eastern time zones, and travel is expected.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing new business in a Microsoft Partner organization selling Azure, Microsoft 365, CSP, and related services. Just as important, a successful candidate will be hungry to build fast, to have a huge impact, and grow the business as a top Microsoft Partner.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual base salary for this position is between $125,000 and $175,000*. On Target Earning (OTE) include base salary, plus earned commissions and/or bonus.
