      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and set strategies across Wholesale, Amazon, and Key Partnerships to achieve annual goals
      - Oversee sales forecasting and demand modeling to support strategic decision-making and financial goals
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to align inventory and demand planning processes with revenue forecasts
      - Manage relationships with key accounts and handle escalations to drive sales and build lasting business relationships
      - Conduct team meetings to drive performance, provide feedback, and promote continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA in Business or a related field
      - 10+ years of experience in sales leadership
      - 5+ years experience managing 8-figure revenue streams
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Sheets
