What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in executive leadership with a proven track record in delivery and organizational transformation
- At least 8 years of experience leading engineering teams, preferably in the health technology sector
- Strong background in product development within healthcare, finance, or insurance industries
- 5 years of experience in cloud technology, with skills in leading cloud transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
