      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Home Depot account
      - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand customer strategic interests
      - Negotiate contracts and ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
      - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team dedicated to the Home Depot account
      - Monitor and manage the P&L for the Home Depot account, analyzing sales data for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
      - 10+ years of experience in sales management, specifically with retail accounts
      - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

      - Familiarity with the Home Depot retail environment and operations
