What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years real estate franchise or brokerage operations experience on a regional or national level
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 60%
- Ability to influence and build credible relationships with enterprise clients
- Experience in business and strategic planning
