VP Technology Alliances Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and strategic security professional, requiring a blend of leadership, technical acumen, and business savvy to expand and enhance Delinea’s strategic alliances with key technology partners. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in building and nurturing strategic partnerships in the tech or cybersecurity sector.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of a robust tech alliances strategy to propel Delinea’s market presence and product innovation

• Scout and secure new partnership opportunities, while cultivating deeper collaborations with existing technologies alliances and partners

• Drive negotiations and manage tech partnerships, overseeing all aspects from initiation to execution and maintenance

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including sales, marketing, and product teams) to ensure the alignment of alliance activities with broader business objectives

• Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners, fostering mutual growth and success

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and potential strategic partnership opportunities

• Lead and inspire a team dedicated to tech alliances (comprising of product and engineers across XPM), setting clear goals and expectations on the buildout of integrations

• Develop and implement co-marketing strategies with partners, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.

• Regularly evaluate the impact of strategic alliances, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in tech alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.

• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and technological trends.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of driving growth through strategic partnerships

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies
