What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligning with company growth objectives across various sectors
- Customize hiring strategies considering local labor laws, security regulations, and geopolitical factors in international markets
- Define and track talent acquisition metrics to measure success and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Manage and coach a global team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Develop vendor governance strategies for talent acquisition, managing relationships with internal and external recruitment resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in recruiting within aerospace, engineering, commercial, government, and classified programs sectors
- Expertise in leveraging technology and analytics to enhance recruiting efforts
- Comprehensive understanding of HR Shared Services models and best practices in a multi-country context

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferred
